CONDITIONS FOR CHANGE / RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The consumer has the right to return – change products in case:
1. The product does not satisfy him
2. The product is defective
3. The wrong product has been shipped from what you ordered
4. Not the right size
In all the above cases the consumer can change or return the product by informing our online store by phone at 2810237147 or by filling out the return form available in the online store within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the products.
Return – change is possible under the following conditions:
1. to contact our online store within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order
2. the product must not have been opened, used or tampered with
3. the product must be accompanied by the sales document
4. Not to be a product of special order, ie a product which was manufactured by our company exclusively for the specific customer.
In case the product for change or return does not meet the above conditions of the paragraph, the parcel will be returned to the sender at his expense.
Shipping method and delivery costs in case of change - return of products
In case of incorrect shipment of product the shipping costs are borne by our company.
• In case of shipping a defective product, shipping costs are borne by our company
• In case of product change-return, the customer is charged the shipping costs.
• In case the product for change or return does not meet the above conditions of the paragraph “Change – Return of products”, the parcel will be returned to the sender at his expense.
• The cost of returning the products that are returned completely without change is borne by the customer.
• In no case is our company responsible for loss, delay, theft or mismanagement of the parcel sent by the customer for change – return of product.
• All products must be sent to the company’s headquarters
In case it is not possible to replace the defective product due to availability, then our company will return its monetary value to the customer within 15 days.
