  • Three Dynamic 3DN hinges

    Achieved over 200.000 cycles, tested using a door of 110 kg. Adjustable in three dimensions the three rings ensure high stability and perfect alignment. A wide variety of powder coated and metallic finishes ensure the Dynamic 3DN is suitable for virtually any design, further enhancing the value of your door.

  • Roto C600 cylinder

    Roto C600 cylinder operated multipoint locking system with 4 bolts-power wedges or 3 bolts-power wedges plus ID latch. The ID latch replaces the chain on the apartment door and activated from the inside via a knob.

  • Anti-snap security escutcheon

    Each lock is fitted with an anti-snap security escutcheon, a high security antidrill cylinder and 5 security keys.

  • Threshold system

    Threshold system (Eifel 62TB) for full waterproof or automatic drop floor seal with no rebate to the bottom of the door.

    Easy 3D hinge was awarded CE certification by the IFT Institute in Rosenheim, who also certified it to be suitable for fire doors. Plus, it can support loads up to 160 kg, which makes it the optimal solution for all kinds of needs. It is extremely high resistance to corrosion, the security screw fitted to each hinge and the wide range of finishes available give the door a unique top-quality appearance.

Noise Insulation

On site measurements demonstrated a performance of DnTw = 43dB for a door and frame installed in a standard, 30mm thick, double perforated brick cavity wall (Rw 51dB).

An apparent weighted sound reduction index of R’w=35dB can be thus estimated for the door and frame.

 

The relevant literature, regulations and standards (e.g. article 12 of the Greek building regulations, DIN4109 etc) indicate that the corresponding laboratory values should be 5dB higher, thus pointing to a weighted sound reduction index of: Rw40dB.

Higher noise insulation values can also be achieved, if required, with special threshold floor seals.
